Description There are no driver updates for PCI 128 (CT4700) and PCI 64 cards based on the ES1370, ES1371 and ES1373 Chipsets for Windows ME/2000/XP - you must use the drivers built into these operating systems.

Above is the finding I managed to locate at Creative Knowledge Base page on Downloading drivers and Wavesets for a Sound Blaster PCI card.

Installation for ES1371 Drivers in Windows ME, 2000 and XP

  1. Settings -> Control Panel
  2. System -> Hardware -> Device Manager
  3. Right click on icon for ES1371 -> Update Driver
  4. In Hardware Update Wizard:
    1. No not this time, then
    2. install from a list or specified location, then
    3. Dont search, I will choose the driver myself
    4. Select from a list of WMD driver to suite your modem, select and press OK

For Sound Blaster Ensoniq AudioPCI cards are based on a variety of Ensoniq chips,

  1. ES 1371
  2. ES 1370
  3. ES 1373
If the chips are built on the motherboard, the best source of support for drivers and specifications would be the system vendor.
