Description

Toshiba has few updates for the TSST TS-L632 DVD drive used in Satellite A135-S2246 notebook. Some are patches, BIOS firmware updates and DVD software updates. The list is following the date of release (latest at top) so you may want to install the latest version on top.

   1. Internal SATA devices may not be detected as removal device.
   2. Problem of some DVD drives not detected.
   3. To be install after Toshiba Value Add Package (TVAP)
2. Firmware Update for DVD drive used in Satellite A135-S2246:

   This is an Optical Disk Drive (ODD) firmware update program. This program runs in Windows and will update the DVD-ROM drive firmware to version TO02.

   This update program supports the TS-L632 DVD drives: All Toshiba DVD drives with model numbers that start with TS-L632.

Besides the above two patch and BIOS firmware update, you will also find some other updates but those are updates for the DVD software InterVideo WinDVD and Toshiba DIsc Creator software. Only install these updates if you are using the specific software.
