Description

It is a bit weird to see the [All category, all language] printer download page of Samsung ML-1710 printer listing. You see, the page claims to list all available drivers for ML1710 such as:

  1. WinXP
  2. Win98/ME/2K
  3. Win95
  4. Linux
  5. WinXP 64bit
  6. Win Vista 32bit/64bit

But you can not find a Mac OS X driver for ML1710, naturally you will think there is no Mac OS X driver available, right?

Well, I did too at first but after googling some more I have managed to found otherwise.

I have found the download page for Mac OS X driver exists on Samsung website, just that it does not shows on the so called [All category, all language] printer download page of Samsung ML-1710 printer page.

Anyway, the Mac OS X driver for ML1710 is with common language supporting these areas: ASIA PACIFIC, EUROPE, AFRICA, SOUTH AMERICA and AUSTRALIA.

Mac OS X supported includes: Mac OS 10.2.4 or higher, Mac OS 10.4-10.5
