  1. I tried to connect your DTX9950 to a Durabrand DWT 1304 TV set. You do not show a program code for it.I followed the instructions, and the set did not turn off after pressing the UP & DOWN buttons 105 times each. How can I convert the TV to Digital? Please give me a detailed step-by-step process. Thanks.

  2. I don’t know if you received my email earlier today. How can I convert my Durabrand DWT 1350 TV to digital, using your DTX9950? There is no product code. The 105 steps Twice) failed also. Please give me further instructions. Thanks

  3. Dear sirs:
I like to use my TV’s remove control to control DTX9950, but I can’t find the component code of DTX9950. Can you tell me the code that I can program it into my TV’s remote. Thanks

  4. Both of my DTX9950 passed the 1 year mark and then died. What’s the failure rate on these boxes??? Are they designed to operate only one year or what?? Now I’m looking to have to replace them at a large full price cost. Not a very good product quality record, my boxes are failure 2 for 2. What do you suggest???

I would look for a more reputable brand if I were you.

  6. I have (2) DTX9950 units less than a year old. One unit will give a picture but is very snowy. I have swithed this unit out with the #2 unit and it is not the TV or the cables. Up to this point this unit worked fine. While watching a program all of a sudden ( shortly after turning the system on) the picture went snowy. Chanel control and volume control still work fine.
    Thanks

  8. I bought two DTX9950 DTV Converter Boxes and connected one to my tv but then it crashed, like the guy above said, in less than a year. I didn’t get too upset then because I had the spare although I had planned to use it with my second tv. I connected the spare about seven months ago and today when I went to turn the tv on, nothing. The red light on the box itself is on and if I press it to reset it just stays red. I unplugged and plugged everything back in to see if it would reset and that didn’t work. I guess these boxes are still available to purchase, I am not even sure, but I do know that I will have to now pay full price and I am on Soc. Sec. and can’t afford to keep buying these boxes. I depend on my tv because I am ill a lot and can’t do much but stay in bed and I pretty upset right now about this deal. Why are these boxes going bad so quickly? I would think that they would at least last a year, AT LEAST. Are these boxes still available to purchase and if so now how much are they? Also, if I buy another one, (if I can ever afford it again) will it break down in six months or so and I will need to purchase another one? Since I can’t afford cable, I am stuck.

  9. Since I now own two broken DTX9950 DTV Converter Boxes and don’t know what to do because the quiet in here is driving me crazy and I don’t know when I will have the money to buy another box, providing they are even still made, I am just wondering if these things can possibly be repaired or if there is something that can be done to program it or any other way to make it work. It does get power but it will not make my tv work and the red light will not go offl

  10. I have a OLEVIA tv and I want to program my digital stream converter box remote for this tv its a 26 to 29 inch tv.

  11. my digital stream is very still works fine, I have a new antennae and cant remember how to wire the antennae and the digital stream together. I can program my old tv but cant figure out how to program my digital stream, when I need it to change the channels and volume. How do I program the stream to change the channels etc?Maybe my antennae box is interfering?
