After extracted, the driver is available for use. ScanGear Toolbox CS v2.2.3 is a utility designed specifically for CanoScan Scanners, especially CanoScan N 1220U. It provides easy on-screen access to buttons that will Save, Copy, E-mail, or Fax your scanned images. There are Custom buttons that can be set to automatically open any application you wish to scan into. Note: Uninstall any previous installation of ScanGear Toolbox prior to installing this new version. For information on how to do this, see the User\'s Manual that came with your scanner. However, please be noted that CanoScan USB scanners are not compatible with Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0, so please use them on supported Windows OS such as 98/Me/2000/XP. For Windows Vista, no mention of driver availability in Canon CanoScan website. |
