If you are looking for WDM A381.exe, you are out of luck. Why? It has been replaced by WDM A383.exe, the new driver that I just found on Realtek website.WDM A383.exe is a new set of driver Realtek created for its AC97 chipset-based audio ALC sound cards.
The series from the ALC101 to the ALC861 are supported. Less CPU utilization is the biggest advantage for this WDM A383.exe driver.
