| Description | If you tried to install any USB bluetooth device in Windows XP and it asks for Toshiba RFBus driver, changes are these bluetooth devices need the Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba.
The driver file is in Winzip self-extract format. After download, it will try to extract to c:/Bluetooth.temp/ folder. From there, run Setup.exe to start the Toshiba RFBus driver installation. You may want to read the ReleaseNotes.txt for extra information regarding the driver. As always, make backup of your important files before making any changes to your system. Toshiba recommended you to remove any previous bluetooth driver prior to install the new driver. Here is what they say: If you have already installed an earlier version of the Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba , please remove it using Add or Remove Programs wizard via the Control Panel. Then install the new version of the Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba. |
