I found that Acer USA website does not provide the driver for Acer Extensa 5420 for free download. However, the driver is avaialble at Acer Europe webiste. The link provided for downlaod here is from Acer Europe FTP site. The installation for Acer Extensa 5420 wireless LAN driver is very simple.
- After you have download the
[Wireless Atheros v.5.3.0.45.zip] file to your Extensa system, double click on it to extract the files into a folder.
- From the extracted files, double click on the setup.exe to begin the installation.
- Follow the screen instruction to complete.
