Description This MVCB1000 manual is downloadable from Memorex.com but the manual listed memorexelectronics.com in the cover. The manual is available in English only although the cover page listed both English and Spanish.

A TV Setup box is something alien to me because I have not seen any of these in the place I live. So the paragraph located in page 7 of the manual explained a lot about a setup box:

TV SET-UP BOX provides you with the ability to receive digital television programs from a wide range of sources, and to display them on standard definition TV.
Using the Air/Cable jack on the back of the TV SET-UP BOX, you can receive local digital television programs.
