Instruction to install Sony CPD-G520 monitor INF file
- Download the trinitron-g520-driver.zip file and unzip to a temporary folder e.g. c:/temp/
- You will see the files extracted to c:/temp/trinitron-g520-driver/ folder
- Click Start -> Control Panel -> Display.
- At the Display Properties window, click the Settings tab.
- In the Settings tab, click the Advanced button.
- Click the Monitor tab.
- Under Monitor Type, click the Properties button.
- Click the Driver tab.
- Click the Update Driver button.
- At the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard box, click Next.
- At the Install Hardware Device Drivers screen, select Display a list of known drivers... and click Next.
- Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)
- Browse to c:/temp/trinitron-g520-driver/ folder
- Double-click Snymon27.inf entry under File name.
- Click the Open button.
- At the Install From Disk box, click OK.
- At the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard screen, click to highlight the SONY CPD-G520 entry and then click Next.
- At the Completing the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard screen, click the Finish button.
- At the Properties window, click Close -> OK
- At the Display Properties window, click OK.
- It is necessary to restart the computer in order for the new settings to take effect.
