I just had my computer fixed and they removed the software for my Lexmark2500 all in one printer I no longer have the disk to reload it. Is there any way to get another? Thank you for any help.
Hello! I have the 2500 series lexmark which was working fine w/my mac pro. Now I have been trying to get it to work with my mimi mac but for some reason it won’t. I pull up the page I need to print.. go to print & then my google browser goes off screen & ask me if I want to relaunch. Which I do & then the same thing happens. I even went to Safari & the same thing happens. What is it that I did wrong? Do I need to list another model #? The actual model # of this 2500 series is2580 but it isn’t on the list of lexmark models when I am download the installer. I hope u can help me resolve this problem!! Thanks Barb

I also had trouble installing the driver for Windows 7. I downloaded what I thought was the correct driver from Lexmark site. I actually downloaded it several times thinking I might have not gotten the correct file. Turns out I was correct. The file I was downloading was not correct. Both files were for Windows 7. However, the names are slightly different. The incorrect file name began with “cjb…”. The correct file name is “cjq2500Win7en.exe”. Note the 3rd letter in file name. This file installed correctly. Printer works fine now.
