| Description | I found that Acer Aspire 4740 notebook comes with Windows Vista operating system. However, Acer also provides software driver for Windows XP and Windows 7. The download page will bring you to Acer Worldwide web page for the Acer Aspire 4740 driver download. To download the driver, you just have to click on the green color download icon located at the right hand side of the screen. Alternatively, you may also click on the hyperlink on the driver name.
The drivers in the Acer web page is categorized by the hardware type, for example ACHI or Sata, Audio, Bluetooth, Camera, and many others. However, I wish that Acer provides a drop down box to filter the driver, as it is quite troublesome to scroll down the page to get the driver that I want. |
