Description

Sorry to say that HP is currently (might be forever) not providing any Windows Vista driver update/support for its legacy (old) scanners, including some vastly popular models, such as ScanJet 3200c, ScanJet 3300c and ScanJet 4200c. You are, instead being told (politely) to buy a new model which is naturaly being supported in Windows Vista. Hmm, here is the exact word from HP regarding the support (or lack of) in Windows Vista:

We are sorry to inform you that there will be no Windows Vista support available for your HP product. Therefore your product will not work with Windows Vista. The majority of HP products not supported in Windows Vista are beyond seven years old. If you are using the Windows Vista operating system on your computer, please consider upgrading to a newer HP product that is supported on Windows Vista.
