Will this drive update be usefull to solve problem with my FIXED OPTICAL DRIVE devise MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-841S, in my TOSHIBA TECRA A4 laptop ?

Nick, thank you for your answer. I make the assumption from your response that, even though the driver indicates it is for the VAIO, v111, it also runs or can be used in my TOSHIBA Tecra A4.

It is to expensive if you want to get this driver for Toshiba Matshiba DVD-RAM UJ-841S, Matshiba, dont choice a DVD-RAM from Matshiba where are no free driver update. There a other DVD-RAM s with free driver update, its is normaly a service for the buyers. And dont buy a PC with a DVD-RAM where there are no updating, som Branches try to get you to buy a Downloader Software for couble of dollars,no godd service from Mashitat to use a other factory to try to seel you a downloader program. It sis the normality the manfactor compagnys duty to delivery new update if you buy a DVD device or ather hardware from there. Find other factory with 100% free driver update and keep you a long way fro 3 parts and Downloader programs.:)
