Description Below is installation guideline for this Dell Vostro 1400 touch-pad driver:
  1. Download the R165804.exe to your Vostro 1400 system.
  2. Double click on the R165804.exe file.
  3. The Self-Extracting window will appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R165804.
  4. The Self-Extractor window appears.
  5. Click OK to continue.
  6. After the extraction complete, open Windows Explorer. Go to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R165804 to look for setup.exe
  7. Double click on the setup.exe to start the installation.
  8. Select Continue when prompted.
  9. Click the [Next] button when the installation wizard is displayed.
  10. Click the [Finish] button when the driver installation completes.
  11. Click the [Restart Now] button to restart the computer.

  17. Click the [OK] button when the .inf file is specified.
  18. Press the [Next] button
  19. Click the [Finish] button when the driver installation completes.
  20. Please restart your computer to complete the setup.
