Description
If your Satellite M35x S149 modem is not working under Windows XP or SP2, you may need to install the Windows XP driver.

The driver file, ta8mdm_24549.exe is a Winzip self-installing setup file, meaning it will unzip itself before launching the actual driver installation program.
