Looking further down the NetMotCM.inf file in the driver installation directory reveals that this driver also support for Motorola SURFboard Cable Modem 4100, 4200, 5101, SB5100, 0900, 0950, 1000, 0100, 4500, 450B, 450E.
As Motorola SB5100 is listed as supported model in the information file, you can download and install this driver. As the driver is quite old (02/09/2004), it added supports for Windows 9x (95/98) and Windows 2000. No mention on Windows XP and the latest Windows, Windows Vista, but you can always try to see if the driver compatible with your Windows OS.
