1. lenovoe74.inf - Information file for the E74 CRT Monitor
2. lenovo_e74.icm - Color matching file for the E74 CRT Monitor
3. lenovo_e74.cat - Catalog file for the E74 CRT Monitor

IBM PC division was brought over by Lenovo, thus after you install the driver, you will see your E74 as Lenovo E74 monitor.
