Hi i have acer extensa 4620 and i downloaded the bluetooth software from this site “blue tooth utility 5.1.0.3300”.i opened the zip file and installed the software, it asked to restart and on doing so my computer crashed. now windows loading screen runs, but the screen goes blank, pls help……………..
