I just bought a new laptop that has Windows 7 and I have problems installing my Lexmark x1240 all-in-one. Is it not compatible with Windows 7? When I scan a picture, people’s faces are red. It’s interesting it worked great when I installed it first time, but now it’s a nightmare.
Maybe you can try uninstall and then reinstall the driver. Since it works the first time, maybe you have made some setting changes. By reinstall the driver hopefully the settings will be reset and work again.
Let us know ;)
I did it several times and it doesn’t work. The printer and the fax are OK, but the scanner is wrong.
If the problem only occurred in Windows 7, and work fine with other Windows, I am afraid it is the driver issue with Windows 7.
