Base System Device Driver for Dell Inspiron 1525 is actually the driver for the Ricoh Card Reader R5C833. Dell does not release the Windows 7 driver for this Dell Inspiron 1525. They only provides the driver for Windows XP and Windows Vista. However, provided here is the Ricoh Card Reader R5C833 in Windows 7 obtain from other type of Dell notebook. I do not own a Dell Inspiron 1525 notebook to perform testing on this driver. Hence, if you wish to install this driver, install it with your own risk. According to Dell, this release of driver is suitable for the following Dell systems:
