Drivers for BCM5701 is available for Windows NT, ME, 98/SE, 2000 and XP. For Windows Vista, you CANNOT use the Windows Vista driver for BCM5700, BCM5701 and BCM5702 devices due to Vista compliance issues. To use these devices under Vista, please use the XP or Win2K3 driver above.

So for Vista users, either you use Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 driver, or wait for Windows Vista driver that does not have the compliance issues.
