This driver for Micro Innovations IC50C webcam has just released (June 2007) and it is supported under all OSes (Including Vista). No mention on other OSes such as Macintosh and Linux though.
Driver size is quite big (16 MB) so you may want to use a download manager to download it. Resume is supported (tested with Firefox in Windows XP). Alternatively, you can try the Free Driver Scanner.
