Seems that SanDisk Cruzer Micro(Product Part number: SDCZ4) and Cruzer Mini (Product Part number: SDCZ2) are using the same driver for Windows 98SE. See Cruzer Micro Windows 98 Driver for more information on Cruzer Micro.
However, SanDisk website also noted that the USB driver is ONLY for 98SE and NOT for U3 enabled devices. The driver is not required for Windows ME, W2k or XP.
To start the driver installation for SanDisk Cruzer Mini in Windows 98SE, unzip the downloaded zip file to an empty folder. Then run the Setup.exe and follow on screen instructions. After all the steps, restart your PC and hopefully your Windows will recognize the SanDisk Cruzer Mini USB drives.
Alternatively, you can try the Free Driver Scanner.
