This is the latest Intel 815 and 810 chipset family graphics driver available on Intel driver download page. This driver is said to be compatible with the following models as well:

For this particular driver, I found that here are some inconsistency between the readme file listed on the driver page and the readme file inside the downloaded zipped driver file. For example, the readme file listed on driver page shows Driver Revision number as 6.13.01.3004 but inside the zipped file the driver information file (win2k_xp67\Graphics\Setup.ini) shows DriverVersion=6.13.01.3196 instead.
Intel Graphics 82810 6.13.1.3198 Driver Installation Steps
- The driver is a ZIP file, you must unzip it using a utility such as WinZip, then enter the directory into which you unzipped the files.
- Enter the "Graphics" subdirectory and double-click "SETUP.EXE".
- Click "Next" on the Welcome screen.
- Read the license agreement and click "Yes" to continue.
- The driver files will now be installed. When the install finishes, choose the "Yes.." option to restart, and click "Finish" to restart your computer. The driver should now be loaded.
- To determine if the Intel Graphics 82810 6.13.1.3198 driver has been loaded correctly, right click on your desktop and view graphic properties. Check driver version and you should see "Driver Version: 6.13.1.3198"
