This HP ScanJet 3200c Color Flatbed Scanner software version 2.0 of the HP PrecisionScan LTX scanning software and driver onto your PC.
After installing this driver software update, if the scanner could not be detected, please try the following steps:
- Unplug the power cable from the 3200c ScanJet.
- Unplug the parallel cable(s) from the 3200c ScanJet.
- Shut down the PC and wait for ten seconds.
- Plug in the power cable to the 3200c ScanJet.
- Plug in the parallel cable(s) to the 3200c ScanJet.
- Power your PC on.
Besides above issue, ScanJet 3200c scanner has issue with some printers, where by the printer will be extra page when PC is being rebooted. This is a known issue, and will not affect other print job or the scan function of HP ScanJet 3200c Color Flatbed Scanner.
