Out of all the available drivers for Data Translation DT3153, only the latest version (Windows 2000/ Windows XP) is currently supported. Other older versions (Windows 98, 95, NT4.0) are no longer supported. That means you would not be able to get any supports from Data Translation Inc. when you are facing problems with the driver/software.
Drivers and Software Available for Data Translation DT3153
- DT3153 Device Driver - This software is provided on the
Imaging OMNI CD, which is shipped with the board. You must
install this device driver to use a DT3153 board with any of the
supported software packages or utilities. Refer to the DT3153
Getting Started Manual for information on installing the device
driver.
- DT-Acquire - This software is provided on the Imaging OMNI
CD, which is shipped with the board. This utility allows you to
verify the operation of your board during startup. Refer to the
DT3153 Getting Started Manual for information on installing and
using this utility.
- 32-Bit Frame Grabber SDK - Use this software package,
provided on the Imaging OMNI CD, if you want to develop your
own application software for the DT3153 board using the
Microsoft C compiler in Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows
2000, or Windows XP.
- DT-Active Open Layers - Order this optional software package
if you want to use an ActiveX control to access the capabilities of
the DT3153 board using Microsoft Visual Basic or Visual C++.
- GLOBAL LAB Image/2 - Order this optional software package
if you want to develop scientific applications using
object-oriented image processing tools.
- DT Vision Foundry - Order this optional software package if
you want to develop machine vision applications using
object-oriented image processing tools
