For Broadcom bluetooth devices, Broadcom has develope a set of software drivers and utilities that seamlessly integrate Bluetooth technology into desktop or laptop computer.
The BTW User Interface consists of three main components:
- The Bluetooth neighborhood
A set of Windows shell extensions that provide access to Bluetooth devices in the immediate vicinity. Bluetooth connections are as easy to manage as the directories and folders in the Microsoft Windows file system.
- The BTTray security manager
Controls and manages Bluetooth security. It determines what devices can access your computer and what they can do once they have access.
The BTW configuration panel -- configures the BTW software using the familiar Windows control panel interface.
- Versions of the Windows operating system are required in order to run BTW:
BTW will run under Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me, or Windows 98 SE. Any version of the Windows operating system that does not fully support the USB standard (such as Windows 3.1, Window 95, or Windows NT) will not support BTW.
So theoretically your Broadcom BCM92045dg Flash will work with this driver. It is an updater which will first detect what version/model of Broadcom bluetooth device you have and then download more related component drivers from the web update.
