According to Toshiba e750 specifications, e750 originally comes with Microsoft Windows Mobile for Pocket PC 2003 and preloaded with the following software:

- MSN Messenger
- Pocket Outlook
- IA Screen Mirror

- Microsoft Transcriber

- Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC
- Windows Media Player 8.0 for Pocket PC
I have checked with Microsoft website on the latest ActiveSync software and apparently the latest version (ver. 4.5) is working with phones that run Windows Mobile 2003 or later versions, which Toshiba e750 is preloaded with. That means you can download and use the latest Microsoft ActiveSync ver. 4.5 with your e750 PDA.
